Yoga Guru and Sanskrit Scholar Sachin Rajendra Patil. By accessing our website, enrolling in our classes,

1. General Information
We offer authentic yoga training rooted in traditional Indian practices including Advance Yoga, Aerial Yoga,
Meditation, Medical/Therapy Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Sound Healing, Sanjeevan Shuddhikriya, and Yoga Teacher Training Programs.
2. Eligibility
Students of all ages are welcome, but participation in certain programs such as Aerial Yoga, Therapy Yoga,
or Pregnancy Yoga requires prior medical clearance where necessary.
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
- Students must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before joining a session.
- Our instructors provide guidance, but participants practice at their own responsibility.
- We are not liable for injuries caused due to incorrect practice or non-disclosure of health issues.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
- All class fees, membership fees, and program charges must be paid in advance.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Workshop, retreat, and certification bookings are confirmed only after full payment.
5. Class Schedules & Attendance
- Class timing may be updated occasionally; students will be informed in advance.
- Missed classes cannot be extended or adjusted unless specified under special packages.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or modify sessions based on instructor availability.
6. Personal Conduct
- Students must maintain discipline, cleanliness, and respectful behavior within the premises.
- Mobile phones must be on silent mode inside the studio.
- Recording of sessions without permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Use of Website & Online Content
- All images, videos, text, and branding belong to Sankalp Yogalay & Ayush Anand Yoga Institute.
- Reproduction or copying without written permission is not allowed.
- Online booking or contact forms must be filled with accurate information.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal details shared with us (online or offline) are used only for communication,
registration, and internal purposes. We never share your data with third parties.
9. Program-Specific Terms
- Aerial Yoga: Requires adherence to safety instructions; loose jewelry is not allowed.
- Therapy / Medical Yoga: Instructor must be informed about medical reports if applicable.
- Pregnancy Yoga: Participation allowed only with doctor’s consent.
- Teacher Training: Certification is awarded only after completing all modules and assessments.
