1. Duration
Month: 6 months | Hours: 200+
(3 months practical 60 hours, teaching & theory 130 hours)
Time: Daily 2 Hours | Weekends: 7.30 to 12.30
2. Intake Capacity
Minimum 10 seats. If applications exceed 40, a written entrance exam will be conducted.
3. Eligibility
10+2 or equivalent from any recognized institute.
Completing the Foundation Course is mandatory (no extra cost at Sankalp Yogalay, AYYI).

Offline (in-person sessions) & Online
Language: English / Marathi / Hindi / Gujarati
Exam: Any of the above languages
Age: No limit

Theory: Instructors with MA in Yoga/Sanskrit + NET in Yoga/Sanskrit.
Practical: Instructors with 5+ years of yoga teaching experience.
Exam & Mark Distribution

- 3. Vyayama: Sukshma Vyayama (Full body), Sthula Vyayama (Sarvanga Pushti, Hrid Gati).
- 4. Surya Namaskara: Detailed practice with Mantras.
- 5. Yogasana: Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Trikonasana, Padahastasana, Ushtrasana, Paschimottanasana, Bhujangasana, Dhanurasana, Matsyendrasana, Halasana, Sarvangasana, etc.
- 7. Pranayama: Ujjayee, Sheetalee, Sitkaree, Bhramaree (without Kumbhaka).
- 8. Bandha & Mudra: Tri Bandha, Yoga Mudra, Maha Mudra, Vipareetakarani Mudra.
