Month: 9 months   |   Hours: 800+
Time: Daily 2 Hours   |   Weekends: 8.30 to 12.30

2. Intake Capacity

Minimum 10 seats. If applications exceed 40, a written entrance exam will be conducted.

3. Eligibility

10+2 or equivalent from any recognized institute.
Completing the Foundation Course is mandatory (no extra cost at Sankalp Yogalay, AYYI).

4. Teaching Mode

Offline (in-person sessions) & Online (live sessions)
Language: English / Marathi / Hindi / Gujarati
Age: No limit (16 to 70)
